April is Child Abuse Prevention Month
Our community is experiencing unusually high numbers of Pertussis (whooping cough) cases right now. Maybe you know of someone who has been sick with this illness. It is known as the “hundred-day cough” and is quite contagious. It causes people to miss school and work for several days.
